LOVE : City of Perth – July school holidays – where to eat & promos

Apartment living with kids means we venture out a lot. Having the city at our doorstep,  we are privy to all that is happening and often frequent various eateries. With this, it gives me great pleasure to share some of our favourite places whom are also offering some pretty cool kid friendly ideas and fantastic discounts these July school holidays.

Let’s work our way from the top to the heart.

WHISK Creamery is an artisanal dessert family business run by Giulio Nelva and sons, Davide and Simon. Family history in dessert and pastry-making dates back to a small town in Italy called Aosta. This long line of pastry chefs started with Giulio’s father, Carlo, in 1949 just after World War II.

In 2013, family migrated to Perth. Their passion lead them to opening WHISK Creamery in Subiaco (Rokeby Road), followed by a store in North bridge (William Street).

– why –

Because who doesn’t love top quality dessert.. My girls and I just love it here. We go between their Subiaco and Northbridge stores. Both are equally fantastic with a large chalk wall where the kids get their creative on and draw lots of cool pics for mummy!

Mention : “I LIDIA LOVE” for kids under 12 to get free toppings with any Gelato Cup or Waffle cone. They also get a colouring in page to bring to life by colours, if they submit to staff they will get $5 discount vouch to be able to use After School holiday AND parents have chance to win $50 vouch – go and check out what it’s all about!
